My Payout
*YOU WILL NEED PLAY MONEY FOR THIS ACTIVITY – usually there
is play money in the math manipulatives for elementary education. I would use
the template pictured below and put pictures of the Administration, Master
Teachers, and Mentor Teachers in the middle – it is a reminder that we as a
Leadership Team are HELPING them achieve/earn more pay. Have them think about
it – if the school doesn’t achieve, Master Teacher compensation is low!
